Indico built our trade fair software (such as exhibitor handling & visitor ticketing, invoicing, integrations with external services) from scratch. A large and complex piece of software that enabled us to manage the entire trade fair with less than 50% of the 'normal' amount of personnel needed for organizing a trade fair of comparable size.
The software consists of:
- Back-end application for trade fair administration. Including management of user profiles, bookings, floor plan, invoicing, messaging, and many others
- Front-end application that allows visitors to book, manage and print their tickets (including social invitations), exhibitors can order, purchase, manage and display stand booth profiles, make additional orders, and fully manage their trade-fair presence.
